Plant & Product Returns
At Arts Nursery, we understand that gardening is more than a hobby, it's a passion. While we hope every plant thrives, we know that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Our goal is to support and educate our customers, not to place blame when challenges arise. We accept returns on unused products in original packaging and good working condition. For defective items, we’re happy to offer a replacement or store credit of equal value. Please note that restocking fees may apply in some cases.
If your plant has entered any Japanese Beetle quarantine zones, please don't bring it back out of the quarantine zone.
CFIA, the Canada Food Inspection Agency, has mandated that plants of all types may not be removed from specified locations in Vancouver and Burnaby. This effectively means that all sales to those regions are final sale. We are not able to accept any returns of these products.
Plant Support Program
Winter Hardy Plants (Zone 7) We proudly stand behind our outdoor winter hardy plants (perennials, shrubs, and trees) with a 1-year Plant Support Program from the date of purchase. If your plant has been properly planted and cared for, but has still failed, simply bring it in with your original receipt and either the plant or clear photos of it and its planting area. Our horticulturists will help troubleshoot what went wrong and offer advice for future success. If the plant is beyond recovery, we may offer you 50% of the original purchase price back as a store credit or gift card to help you try again. Some conditions apply, and program coverage does not include plants affected by neglect, improper care, pests, disease, or extreme weather. Please note: tender plants, houseplants, tropicals, succulents, and water plants are not covered under this program.
Return Policy on Both Plants & Products
As we offer such a wide variety of plants and products, our return policy varies by item. Please refer to the sections below to find the return information that best applies to your purchase. If your situation falls outside of these guidelines or you’re unsure where your item fits, don’t hesitate to contact us, we're always happy to help! 604-882-1201 | info@artsnursery.com
