HOW TO GROW KERRIA JAPONICA

Kerria as a genus is home to Kerria japonica, the only species of its genus. Its one of the few deciduous shrubs to bloom in early spring! One of its most unique draws is the fact that it blooms best in partial shade, not necessarily loving sun like many other flowering shrubs. The flowers are bright yellow almost reminiscent of traditional roses gracing its foliated branches with vibrant colour. It is low maintenance and easy to grow!
