We pride ourselves on processing and handling your orders quickly, with most in-stock items shipping within 2-3 days from time of payment. Should there be any delay in processing your order, we will notify you via email as soon as possible. Orders placed after 12:00pm Friday will generally be processed the next business day, ie Monday.
In rare circumstances, items may be back-ordered. We will always contact you directly via email if there will be any unforeseen delays with your order.
At the present time, we only ship to addresses in Canada. Shipments are carried by Canada Post or in-store pickup. Generally speaking, most orders will be sent out expedited parcel and will usually take 5-7 business days to reach their destination, from the time the order is picked up by Canada Post.
In most cases, the only shipping fees are those charged by Canada Post. In a few cases, if the items are bulky, heavy, ackward or require special permits or fees, their may be additional shipping charges. You will always see these charges before checking out.

To ensure your orders reach their destination before Christmas, we strongly advice you to place your order by Dec 17th at the latest. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact arrival time of the shipment.
