HOW TO GROW CALYCANTHUS

Known to many as Sweetshrub, Calycanthus is a fast-growing flowering shrub that is prized for its sweet-smelling flowers. Their waterlily-like summer blooms usually are a variation of burgundy red or clean white, with thick velvety petals contrasting with thick bright green foliage. Not unlike their flowers, their leaves too have fragrance, smelling like clove.
