    Description
    Crocus Mixed Colours 10Pkg brings an early spring burst of cheerful color with a blend of cup shaped blooms in assorted shades, often including purple, white, and yellow, rising above slender, grasslike foliage. These small bulbs are among the first to flower, brightening beds, borders, rock gardens, and naturalized lawn areas when winter is just ending. Crocus stays compact at about 3 to 6 inches tall and 2 to 3 inches wide, making it ideal for edging, under deciduous trees, and layering in containers. Plant in fall for spring bloom, placing bulbs about 3 inches deep and 3 inches apart in well drained soil and full sun to partial shade for best flowering. Crocus is low maintenance, needing only occasional watering during dry periods and little to no fertilizer in average garden soil, and it reliably returns each year when the foliage is allowed to yellow and fade naturally.
