The Flocking Process

Flocking is a time consuming, labour intensive, artistic process. Michele, our Master Flocker has spent years perfecting this skill and is a specialist in the process. Her and her team will stop at nothing to make sure your tree is second to none!

Once a tree is dry, flocking is applied. It takes a minimum of 3-5 days, depending on the weather, for the flock to dry. To expedite the process, we offer pre-flocked trees as well as custom flocking services.

Pre-Flocked Trees

Gorgeous, ready-to-go pre-flocked trees will be in-stock and available starting mid to late November. We have a great selection available everyday! Simply come in and choose one. Our staff will wrap it and help you load it onto your vehicle or arrange delivery.

Custom Flocking

Michele will personally choose a tree from our beautiful selection. You just have to choose the variety of tree (Noble, Fraser, Douglas etc) height and amount of flocking (light, normal or heavy). Please place your order by Sunday close for pickup the following Friday or Saturday. It takes 3-5 days for a flocked tree to dry before it should be handled or moved.

Sparkle Options (complimentary) No SparkleAdd Sparkle

Trees shimmer and sparkle as these iridescent flakes pick up the colors of the spectrum just like fresh snow glistens in sunlight. Applied to a tree after flocking.

About Pre-Lighting

We do not offer pre-lighting services because of the personal/custom nature of this option. You are welcome to come in and pre-light the tree for us and we can flock it therafter.

We carry a great selection of LED and Micro-dot lighting in-store

Delivery price varies by location & distance. Our staff will confirm with your before your order is processed. Local delivery begins at $25 per tree, subject to driver availability. To avoid disappointment, custom orders must be received before Sunday afternoon for pickup the following weekend (4-5 days minimum). We will call to confirm all pick-up dates before your tree is flocked
