Tools for Fall Gardening

Here at Art’s Nursery, we carry the premium brand, Corona Tools who have been a landscaper and gardener standard for over 90 years. Today Laurelle shares a video sharing our current selections and gets right into the garden to show just how these tools can not only save you time, your back but also to ensure you’re using the right tool for the right job!

Spring Brace Rake Aluminum Handle – 24 inch

Flexible leaf rake, meaning head will bend and flex. Best used for raking dry leaves and garden trimmings from your lawn.

Fixed Tine Leaf Rake - 19 inch

Fixed leaf rake, meaning head will not bend. Best used for raking heavy wet leaves and larger jobs.

Fixed Tine Shrub Rake - 8 inch

Best used for raking leaves and trimmings in and around shrubs and perennial beds.

Bow Head Rake - 14 inch

Best used for moving mulch or brand new soil around in your garden beds.

Cultivator - 3 Prong

Best used for loosening up soil to help with weeding maintenance.

Dandelion Weeder

A special tool for weeding dandelions out of lawns to get to the bottom of their long tap root.

Oscillating Hoe - 6 inch

Best used for scuffling the soil to cut the weeds while they’re young. It’s easier and faster to eliminate weeds before they’ve rooted in.

Diamond Hoe - 8 inch

Best used for weeding in perennial gardens, hard to reach spaces, cutting the weeds from the edges of walk ways and brick work.
